Aquacise

A combination of aerobic, stretching, and toning workout.  We have two different classes, depending on our patrons fitness needs.

Training Opportunities

WE NOW OFFER EMERGENCY RESPONSE!
Lifeguard Training, Lifeguard Training Instructor, Water Safety Instructor(WSI), and Workplace 1st Aid and CPR, Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), and Oxygen Administration are courses that we offer through the American Red Cross.  Please call if you are interested in any of these classes. We do not schedule these classes until we have enough people signed up.

We are now offering a Jr. lifeguard program called Guardstart and WSI Aide for kids 11-14. The starting date for this course is TBD . The classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:40PM-5:40PM.

Special Activities

North Kitsap Masters Swim Team, Kitsap Water Blossoms,  and the Poulsbo Piranha Swim Team are the special activities we offer.
