Visiting Coaches and Teams to

North Kitsap High School

If you are a visiting team to North Kitsap High School, there will be a Certified Athletic Trainer covering your event.  The following is information for you to have and be able to use.

I.  Medical Assistance

II.  NKHS Athletic Training Room

Our facility will be open when your team arrives at North Kitsap High School.  We will be glad to tape and wrap any athlete if supplies are provided.  Any athlete is welcomed in the training room for treatment.  Please notify the certified athletic trainer if treatment is needed.

 

The following equipment is located in the training room. 

--  Hydrocollator  (Moist Heat Pads)

--  Ice Machine

--  Electrical Muscle Stimulator

--  Ultrasound Machine

--  Paraffin Wax Machine

--  Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

--  Crutches

--  Cervical Collar

--  Back Board

--  Splints

III.  Supplies and Equipment Provided

On your sideline, you will be provided with the following:

1.  Ice Chest with 10 Ice Bags

2.  5 or 10 Gallon Cooler of Water

If you might need anything else, please call ahead of time.

IV.  Supplies and Equipment on NKHS Sidelines

The following supplies and equipment will be on the NKHS sideline or bench.  If you need something, please let the Certified Athletic Trainer know.

--  Medical Kit

--  Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

--  Splint Kit

--  Ice Chest

--  Crutches

--  Sanicide-- To take blood off of uniforms/Floors

--  Knee Immobilizer

--  Cell Phone

--  Keys to the gates

--  Golf Cart (if the event is outside)
